1. Overview
This Money-Back Policy explains eligibility for refunds on paid cohort seats or self-paced bundles sold by Core Node Surge. Prices shown on course pages are informational; actual invoices may include taxes per local rules.
2. Cooling-off period
Consumers domiciled in Brazil generally have seven calendar days to withdraw from distance contracts under the CDC, unless an exception applies. Where digital content delivery has begun with your express consent and you acknowledged loss of the right, partial charges may still apply as permitted by law.
3. Extended goodwill window
Beyond statutory minima, Core Node Surge offers a fourteen-calendar-day goodwill refund window from the invoice date provided no more than twenty percent of asynchronous materials have been accessed and no live mentor sessions were consumed.
4. Partial refunds
If you withdraw after attending a live review or downloading capstone rubrics, we may retain a portion of fees corresponding to services already rendered, calculated in good faith and documented in our response.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party examination vouchers, external tool subscriptions, or custom procurement add-ons invoiced separately are non-refundable once redeemed. Donation-style community passes, if ever offered, would be labeled explicitly at purchase.
6. Request process
Email hello@corenodesurge.one with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason for the request. We acknowledge within three business days and aim to conclude decisions within ten business days.
7. Payout method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original paying instrument when possible. Processing times may vary by card issuer or bank. Chargebacks should be a last resort; we will supply documentation to resolve disputes cooperatively.
8. Cancellations by Core Node Surge
If we cancel a cohort for operational reasons, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund without penalties. We are not liable for incidental costs such as prepaid travel.
