General Terms

These General Terms govern access to Core Node Surge training materials, cohort scheduling information, and related digital properties operated from Brazil. By browsing or submitting forms, you agree to this version as published on the date above.

Participants must be legally able to contract in their jurisdiction. Where corporate procurement is involved, the submitting organization warrants that signatories hold appropriate authority. We may refuse service when fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation is detected.

Courseware, diagrams, templates, and recordings remain owned by Core Node Surge or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for internal learning during active enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or automated scraping is prohibited.

You must not interfere with other learners, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or upload malware. Benchmarking exercises must use synthetic or anonymized data you are entitled to process. Violations may result in immediate removal from cohorts without refund beyond statutory minima.

Labs reference third-party platforms (for example Git hosting or observability vendors). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective agreements. Core Node Surge is not responsible for outages or policy changes imposed by vendors.

To the fullest extent permitted under Brazilian law, Core Node Surge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from training participation, including lost profits or operational downtime. Aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the fees paid for the specific cohort in dispute during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumer disputes may be submitted to competent courts in the State of Ceará or to the consumer bodies provided for in the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), without prejudice to mandatory local protections.

We may update these General Terms to reflect regulatory shifts or product changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires express consent.
